Restoring our weary selves

Mothering is undeniably hard work, and educating our own children adds an extra layer to the demands placed upon us. Most of us instinctively give out to others before we take time for ourselves, but we need to remember to nourish our own bodies, minds and spirits too. Motherhood is a marathon not a sprint, and in this episode we chat through some ways in which we can create time for “soul care” within our days. A tea cup has to be refilled in order to continue to offer refreshment! So pour yourself a cuppa and take some time to be re-fuelled.
